CANCELLATION OF OPEN HOUSE

Kalina Distributed Power is providing notice that it is not proceeding with the proposal to develop

the Lone Pine Energy Center located at 15-35-27-28 W4M in Rocky View County. As a result, we are

withdrawing the project from the current land use redistricting pre-application process and will

engage in further discussions with the County including the relocation of the project.

Accordingly, the Open House scheduled for Wednesday April 29, 2026 is cancelled.
